We deal mainly with chemical grouting using polyurethane based resins.

Grouting polyurethane resins are used mainly for reinforcement and sealing of soil, rock and constructions in underground and civil engineering and also in mining industry.

Examples of applications:

• stabilization of landslides, slopes, road and railway embankments
• stopping of water infiltration into underground constructions, tunnels and etc.
• repair of damaged constructions – foundations, foundation subsoil, walls of the construction
• repair of insulation layers of constructions                     
• grouting material for anchors, micropiles
• repair of accidental or emergency states at water managing objects – e.g. in case of leakages through the body of a dam
• repair of damaged constructions in flood zones - bridges, bridge pillars, river embankments, retaining walls, damaged dams
• stopping of leakages through flood protection dams
• stabilization of rock cliffs
• remediation of environmental accidents – stopping of seepages of contaminants
• stabilization of mine workings, stopping of gas seepages

Grouting systems may be two-component (GEOPUR® system) or one-component (Geocream system). Depending on the local specific conditions and requirements of particular application, we use systems with various properties like e.g. foaming factor, reaction time and various resulting mechanical properties.

Application is done using high pressure special grouting pumps. We are fully equipped for application of grouting technologies.
