Sprayed PUR foam is a two-component system used for aerial thermoinsulation and hydroinsulation. Thermal conductivity of hardened foam is approx. 0,022 W / m.K. It is suitable mainly for thermal insulation of roofs and walls of buildings, thermal insulation of metal tanks, thermal insulation of constructions and etc. Application is based on reaction of isocyanates with polyols. As a result of the reaction polyurethane foam is formed with the foaming degree of approx. 15. Due to the closed character of the formed pores of the foam, PUR foams have also excellent hydroinsulation properties. Reaction time of the system is usually around 45 seconds. After this time, it can be walked on the formed foam. PUR foam has excellent adhesion to clean surfaces. It can be applied also to sloping surfaces.

We apply PUR foam with mobile high pressure  pump with pre-heating of the material A and B components including the delivery hoses to the spray gun.
